Lakeshore sauna located midway between cottages. Cottage has high standard furnishings and maintained yard area. Peaceful location, only 2 cottages (this one and 8120) along 1000 m shore/in 22 ha areaThe owner rents out 2 kayaks (10€/kayak/day). LYlä-Jäppäjärvi is famous for its pike perch. 250 m from cottage are Jäpänkoski rapids, where a lean-to can be used by both cottages. In autumn small game hunting possible (licences necessary). For hikers, 5 km away is Peuranpolku hiking trail, forming part of European hiking trail network. 19 km to Salamajärvi Nationalpark and Koirajärvi fishing area.
